Do you offer customer support?

Yes, we provide customer support via email and phone. Our support hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Monday through Friday, and we do our damnedest to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.


Is my information safe on your system?

We make every effort and use the latest technologies to maintain the security and confidentiality of our customers' data, including:

The most up-to-date firewall protection on the servers where your information is stored.

Daily remote backup of your account information.

Use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption/protection to ensure that the connection between your computer and our servers is secure.

Encryption of all account passwords (even we don't know your password).

Also, we will keep confidential and never, ever sell or otherwise share any information in your account about your projects or your contacts.


Can I visually customize my account with my logo, etc.?

Yes, you can upload your logo into your account, which will display on the dashboard page for everyone to whom you grant access to your account and your jobs. You can also choose from a variety of color themes and fonts for your account.


How does your billing and pricing work?

It's pretty simple. When you sign up for your free trial, you are automatically placed into "The upgraded" Package. If you decide you want to become a paying customer and continue the use of your account, simply log into your account; select a package via the Subscription area; and enter your payment information. Once you become a paying customer, your credit card or Debit Card will be automatically charged monthly on the same day of the month when you started your paid subscription. There are no long-term contracts and no obligations. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time without penalty (provided that your number of active jobs/projects does not exceed the maximum number of jobs/projects for the package you are choosing). We accept credit cards, debit cards and bet banking payments, and we honor Visa, Master Card, and American Express.


If I sign up for a free trial, what am I committing to?

Absolutely nothing. We do not collect your credit card information, and you can close your account at any time during the trial without any further obligation. If you want to continue your account during or after the trial period, simply provide us with your payment information via the Subscription area of the application.


Will I be charged for support?

No! Never! We know events and if you need support, our only mission is to assist you, within the shortest time frame and solve any issue you may have. We got your back. We will help you any day, anytime with our in-house experts.


Can I make my event website and my registration pages mirror my organization's branding?

Yes. Event Keyz Event Management software allows you to create customizable and flexible pages that are consistent with the look and feel of your company's brand. Include a company logo, header, footer, and exact colors. Increase response rates while promoting your organization.
